Description: HENG YU commenced its business in 1990 as a banking/POS input device OEM/ODM. Most of our products are widely used in the professional markets, like banks, POS (supermarkets and shopping mall payment counters), hotels, airports/rail stations, etc... We can customize any value-added keyboards/card readers according to the needs of the customer.
We have a very modern and advance production plant located in Zhuhai, PRC. We can provide a turnkey contract manufacturing solution from product design, prototype and tooling making to mass production. Most of our customers find our products are much more competitive than Cherry/Preh products.
With our 15-year professional experience in the design and manufacturing of input device for the electronic transaction industry, we do believe that provide you the most cost-effective and fast product solution.
Our Products are mainly classifed as below:
- Professional keyboards (with optional built-in Smartcard reader/Magstripe reader, fingerprint identification unit)
- POS programmable keyboards (with optional built-in Smartcard reader/Magstripe reader, keylock, operator display)
- Pinpad (with optional built-in LCD, Smartcard reader/Magstripe reader/Mifare reader, DES encryption, voice message)
- Card readers (Smartcard reader, Magstripe reader/encoder, Mifare reader)
- Fingerprrint identification unit (PC-USB mode or embedded serial mode)

Heng Yu performs verification testing of the product to ensure proper functionality and exceptional product quality prior to production release. Utilizing our strengths in software design, our engineers develop software test cases for all of the required verification tests.
System verification testing includes:
* Modular functional testing of the product with self-designed testing fixtures
* Design verification planning for customer acceptance
* Develop software test cases to exercise all testable requirements
* Compliance to industry standards
* Compatibility with various hardware and operating systems such as USB and Windows
* Complete test summary reports (on request)
* Develop problem tracking database
Factory:
Self owned 18000 sq meters
• With 8000 sq meter product plant area
• Whole factory is ctentral air-conditioned
Assembly workshops:
• With 3 assembly workshops , each having 2 assmbly lines
• With 3 automated wave-soldering machine
• Product assembly,testing enclosures to testing and packaging are done here
SMT workshop:
• With 1 SMT workshop , reserved for 4 full SMT lines
• Support up to 0202
• Support BGA package chip
Printing Workshop:
• With 3 automated silk-screen printing machine, using UV-ink
• Have manual silk-screen printing fixtures for printing logos on irregular housing enclosure
• Can be applied with UV top coating to enhance the durability of the legend printing
