99.9% Uptime Guarantee
Guarantee Coverage
This 99.9% uptime guarantee applies to any FlareHosting.com client in good financial standing at the time of a service outage.
Service Level Agreement
FlareHosting.com endeavors to have the content of your web site available for http access by any party in the world 99.9% of the time. Network downtime is defined as 100% packet loss from FlareHosting.com to its backbone providers. Downtime is measured after notification of network failure via FlareHosting.com's online support request form. If the support request form itself is unreachable, the request must be submit by calling the FlareHosting.com Support Center. Your account representative will determine the end of the downtime by a traceroute to the customer's machine from outside the FlareHosting.com network.
Account Credits
In the event that your web site is not available for more than 99.9% in your current billing period, FlareHosting.com will credit the following billing month's fees as follows.
